Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made either on the hotel website, Facebook, WhatsApp or Telephone or through the hotel’s other reservation channels. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.


Bookings

At the time of booking, full payment of your entire stay will be charged. We will take down your credit card details and you authorise the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us. No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until full payment is made and the details and/or payment are provided to us. If you choose other forms of payment such as direct bank transfer, kindly provide us with the receipts for such payment.

Charges

Rates displayed on the Website or statement indicate the total room charge for your requested stay. Any other or additional charges are not included unless specified. A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charges and other conditions may apply to certain rates as specified. Price lists for additional items, such as meals at the restaurant, leisure activities or room service are on display at relevant locations within the hotel and are available upon request. Prices shall be charged in the local currency (Ringgit Malaysia).
Guest Room occupancy and rates are based on number of persons in each room. Should the number of persons occupying be more than what is stated during booking, the Management reserves the right to charge for every additional person occupying the room.
Please take note extra beds are available, on a first come first serve basis, at an extra charge on top of the room rates.
Children under the age of 12 may share parents’ room at no extra cost.


Check-in/ Check-out Time

In the interests of security, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference and their passport/identity card, and other identification such as mobile number and emails.
Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, Guests may check-in from 3.00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. If Guest are arriving later than 7pm on the scheduled day of arrival, please inform the Hotel ahead of time. There is a refundable deposit of RM50 to be paid during check in. On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12.00pm. Late check-out after this time is subject to availability and may attract additional charges at the discretion of the Hotel.  The deposit will be refunded upon return of room key, entrance card and hotel gate remote control.


Payment

We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards: Visa and Mastercard, and e-wallet. Cash payment is not accepted unless it is pre-arranged
All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out from the Hotel. If staying for multiple nights at the Hotel we may require you to make payment for any outstanding charges on a more frequent basis during your stay.


Cancellation Policy and No Shows

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking. Please take note of the following refund conditions:

  • If cancelled more than 7 days before date of arrival, cancellation will be free.

  • If cancelled 7 days or less, and no show, there will be no refund.

  • Changes of stay dates are not allowed.

Please contact us by email or telephone for any changes or cancellations.


Changes or Cancellation by the Hotel

In the event your booking is cancelled by the hotel arising from unforeseen circumstances, you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, use reasonable endeavours to try and re-locate any confirmed Booking cancelled by us to an alternative location similar in standard to the Hotel.
Your booking is for a specific room type in the Hotel. The hotel does not guarantee that you will be able to stay in a specific room or in the same room for the duration of your stay. We may need to allocate an alternative room to you for operational or safety reasons. If we need to move you to a different room during your booking for which a lower rate applies compared to the rate you booked at, we will refund you the difference.


Damage

We reserve the right, and you authorise us to charge your credit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you check-out.


Hotel Events and Closure of Restaurant and or Cafe

We reserve the right and you authorise us to charge your credit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you check-out.


Guest Behaviour

Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause disturbance to other guests or members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case, we shall have no obligation to refund you for loss of accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.


No Smoking and No Cooking

Guests are not permitted to smoke in the rooms. Cooking using any electrical or non-electrical appliances is strictly prohibited in the rooms including the balcony area. We reserve the right and you authorise us to charge your credit card for any damage and specialist cleaning costs (caused by smoking and/or cooking) to your room, your balcony or the Hotel during your stay. A charge of RM500 will be imposed if any cooking is done in your room or your balcony.


Accessibility and Children’s Safety

All children (under 12 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.


Pets

No pets are allowed at the Hotel Guest Rooms and Restaurant. 


Cooking

No Cooking Activity inside / outside the Room


Karaoke

No karaoke in the room (except by arrangement)


Personal Information

All personal information stored in our system is done for the use of the Hotel only. You authorise us to communicate with you using the email and mobile number you provided to us for greetings and promotional information. If you do not want us to send you any such information, kindly advise us accordingly and we will take your name off the mailing list.


Force Majeure

The Hotel accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations are prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility services, plant machinery, computers, or vehicles.


Limitation of Liability

The Hotel will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in the Hotel.


Website Information

While all reasonable effort have been taken to ensure the accuracy of information on the Website, the Hotel does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary any of the arrangements featured on the Website without notice. Please note that in certain circumstances, generic photographic images have been used to represent the general style of a particular product or the Hotel.
The content of the Website is the copyright of the Hotel, and may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed or amended for any other purpose without our prior written consent.
Hyperlinks to third party websites are provided for your convenience. We cannot accept responsibility for the content or use of third party sites.


Internet

The Internet service (TM Unifi) is provided by the Hotel free of charge. However, we wish to advise that due to the remote location, the connection by the telco provider may be slow at times, which is out of the control of the hotel. The Hotel cannot guarantee the telco feed at all the time, and the guests may sometime has to rely on their own mobile internet when the telco feed is slow.
